As owner and Senior Licensed Transaction Coordinator of Signature TC Services, I partner with Realtors to provide streamline services in the escrow process and to deliver a smooth transaction to all parties. I am a Realtor and am confident that my history in real estate sales is an asset to my clients.  I believe every transaction is unique, however my well-developed system and exemplary communication skills can provide a pleasant experience for even the most difficult transactions. I have been in the real estate business since 2015.  After a few years of Real estate sales, I found my passion in the purchase contract and the escrow process. Since 2017 I have focused exclusively on transaction coordination and the systems needed to close escrows efficiently. I am a licensed and certified transaction coordinator who has successfully closed hundreds of deals with care and expertise. I am always seeking to learn more about the transaction process and California Association of Realtor’s forms, documents and regulations.  I enjoy sharing my knowledge with my clients, helping them be the best in the market. 

I am a mother to two amazing children.  I love to spend my time outdoors. You can find me either gardening in my back yard, sitting by the beach or camping with friends. My hope for Signature TC Services is to allow agents to spend more time with their loved ones while still building their business. I’m looking forward to getting to know you and your clients.

I have been an Administrative Assistant for 11 years. I am very skilled in multitasking, sticking to deadlines and making certain that details don’t fall through the cracks. I may be new in the real estate business, but I am a fast learner and I put all of me into a job that I love.

As a certified Transaction Coordinator my goal is to make sure our clients have an exceptional experience by providing administrative professional support from contract to closing. I am looking forward to learning more about the transaction process and continuing to grow.

I am a mom to an amazing daughter. We enjoy spending as much time together as we can with friends and family. We love to go to amusement parks, take our dog for a walk, spend a day at the beach or even go on a camping trip with our Girl Scout troop. We stay pretty busy and love to make new memories.
